James Lisboa Escritório de Arte is an auction house created by the idea of providing good quality and a large diversity of paintings and sculptures from Latin American artists to the very sophisticated clients and dealers of the art market around the world. The auction house was started in 2004, as result of the increase of the art market and the necessity to provide an easy and transparent way of negotiation.

James Lisboa Auction House was established by two different professionals but with the same objective. An auctioneer and an economist wanted to professionalize the art market business in Brazil with class and much quality, always innovating.

Our auctioneer, James Lisboa, is specialized in art, working in the market for more than 30 years, always organizing auctions around Brazil and improving the culture of the Latin American Art in the country.
